Are you seeking a compliance officer role that enables you to work in a fast paced, innovative company where your input makes a real difference?

You will be given the opportunity to work within a progressive and flexible organization characterized by innovation. This particular role is a compliance officer position within Nordnet Fonder, but you will also on a functional basis be a part of Nordnet’s group compliance team, which currently consists of ten employees, of which eight are located at the headquarters in Stockholm and this is where you will be based.

Your role
Nordnet’s group compliance team works with a Nordic perspective and serves all companies within the group. In this role you will be given the opportunity to work specifically with Nordnet Fonder and manage all the compliance related issues in relation to that company including AML. You will have an important role in ensuring compliance throughout Nordnet Fonder’s business as well as continuing the work with developing compliance procedures and methods.

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring and reviewing of Nordnet Fonder’s compliance with internal as well as external requirements.
• Providing advice and support to Nordnet Fonder.
• Performing control activities according to the compliance function’s annual work plan for Nordnet Fonder.
• Providing training on various compliance related topics to Nordnet Fonder’s employees.
• Monitoring of the regulatory development in areas affecting Nordnet Fonder’s business.
• You will also hold the position as AML reporting officer for Nordnet Fonder.

You will work closely with the business as well as the rest of the compliance team.

This is you
You are probably already working in a compliance officer role today, as a consultant within the compliance field, or at the supervisory authority with focus on fund related topics and regulations as well as AML related questions.

You are pragmatic, yet analytical, structured and enjoy working close to the business in a supportive role. You possess a high degree of integrity as this is key for the compliance role. You enjoy working independently as well as together with colleagues within different parts of the business.

SwedSec license is a requirement for this position. Should you not currently be a SwedSec licensee, you will be given the opportunity to pass the proficiency exam.

You communicate easily both in Swedish and English.
