We are Nordnet’s security team
Nordnet is in a phase of technology shift, we are moving to the cloud at a rapid pace, and security is a vital part of our success. We at Nordnet Bank therefore need to strengthen our team with another innovative and pragmatic Information Security Officer.

As Nordnet’s sole security team we handle everything from secure development to information security and incident response. This is part of the role
As Information Security Officer, you will be a member of the Security team in Nordnet that support, educate and test our business to ensure that we are secure enough to handle the security threats thrown at us. Your dedicated responsibility will be to ensure that we have an effective security incident response capability. 

Part of your duties will be to: 

• Plan, develop, conduct and evaluate high quality security exercises, both tabletop and simulation, for a variety of audiences, from operational to top management level.
• Drive the development and maintenance of security incident response plans and procedures.Lead post incident reviews to identify learnings that can improve our response capability and security posture. 
• Contribute to the security awareness program, with a key focus on cultivating a crisis and incident management mindset by delivering impactful trainings and workshops.
• Create and maintain a security resilience exercise program.
• Drive the development and maintenance of our information security policies.
• Support other team members in various security initiatives and tasks.

This is a central function for all Nordic countries that the bank operates in, and you will be reporting to the Head of Security at Nordnet.

This is you

• A true team player that actively contributes to the team’s success.
• Ideally you have several years of hands-on experience in Crisis Management, Cyber Incident Response, Business Continuity Management or IT Service Continuity Management.
• Talented in designing, conducting and evaluating incident management exercises in both tabletop and simulation formats.
• You can independently structure and drive your area of responsibility.
• An innovator who wants to challenge the status quo to find smarter ways of working.
• Experienced in information security principles, practices, and frameworks, including risk assessment, security awareness, incident response, and security governance.

We also require that you speak and write English fluently, Swedish is not mandatory but definitely a plus.
