We are on an exciting journey where you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in our product-driven organization. As Program Manager, you’ll act as a bridge between our dynamic, tech-oriented teams and traditional business units, fostering collaboration and accelerating value creation.

• Drive strategy and execution: Balance high-level planning with hands-on delivery, defining scope, timelines, and goals while proactively managing risks.
• Break down complex initiatives: Translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes and deliverables, focusing on early value creation
• Foster collaboration: Work across departments to align on best practices and promote a shared understanding of company objectives.
• Enable ownership: Empower teams to take responsibility for delivering impactful outcomes.
• Ensure transparency: Communicate plans, progress, and KPIs effectively to stakeholders.

• Extensive experience driving strategic, cross-organizational initiatives, particularly in agile environments focused on software development and delivering impactful web or app-based products
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to balance competing demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with business and tech teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to foster alignment and scale collaboration mechanisms that enhance transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.
