As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will independently manage recruitments for all organizational levels, aligned with hiring plans and replacements. The main part of your work consists of daily collaborate closely with hiring managers while conducting targeted candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines. Acting as a proactive talent partner, you are responsible for recruitment, sourcing, selection and assessment and you will own end-to-end hiring activities specializing in recruiting a diverse range of professionals, from tech-heavy roles to finance, legal and administrative positions.
Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to developing Talent Acquisition processes, improving tools, and running employer branding activities to attract and engage top talent. With a focus on creating an excellent candidate experience, you will directly connect with potential hires, inspiring them to join the organization.

Your background
We are looking for an innovative, curious, and hands-on recruiter. You have previously documented experience from recruitment from or towards IT-heavy companies in agile environments. You have a well-developed network in the industry.
You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and specialize in tech. You are digital first, fearless, data driven, have a strong drive and a great business interest.

- Create requirements profiles, understand business needs and lead/coach recruiting stakeholders through the recruitment process
- Proactively sourcing, building awareness of the very best passive candidates and creating a "talent bench" for future hiring
- Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Execute tactical sourcing strategies through various channels and activities
- Working to promote our culture of diversity and inclusion both internally and externally
- Speak and write English fluently
