We're seeking a passionate Talent Sourcer to join us in shaping the future of Nordnet!
Your role
As a Talent Sourcer, your focus will be on building meaningful connections and creating a positive experience for candidates. You will work closely with a Talent Acquisition Partner, collaborating on recruitment processes to ensure smooth communication, high quality, and a great candidate experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing candidate pipelines
- Understanding the talent market and sharing insights with your team
- Supporting all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing to selection
- Planning and participating in Employer Branding events, both in our offices and externally, to showcase the vibrant Nordnet culture

Your background
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and recruitment, with a natural talent for building relationships and networks. You are curious about tech and digitalization, and enjoy connecting with others to help them find the right opportunities.
You thrive in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication are key. You are proactive, humble, and solution-focused, seeing challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Previous experience in a similar recruitment or sourcing role is a bonus, but your enthusiasm, drive, and eagerness to develop are what matter most.
