We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking colleague to join us as a Customer Operations Officer at Nordnet Bank.
This is a permanent position, ideal for someone with high ambition, who is structured, efficient, and analytical.
Customer Operations and your role:
As a Customer Operations Officer, you will work with various analytical and administrative tasks that require accuracy and a deep understanding of the regulations governing the financial industry, while operating in a fast-paced environment. You and your colleagues will rotate between different areas of responsibility to build broad competence and contribute where the need is greatest.
Customer Operations manages the customer lifecycle for all Nordic customers and is a crucial part of Nordnet’s business. In all areas, we ensure that we have accurate customer data according to applicable regulations, especially within anti-money laundering (AML) and tax legislation. Our key areas include:
- Onboarding new customers: customer due diligence checks (AML/KYC) and registration of new customers, identifying high risks and anomalies
- Managing existing customers: following up, verifying, and updating customer data to meet financial institution requirements
- Offboarding: closing accounts and handling matters such as estates, terminations, and bankruptcy procedures
We are continuously striving to improve, streamline, and automate our processes, which requires a strong system and technical understanding.
Your background:
- You have previous experience with analytical and administrative tasks, preferably within banking and finance
- You are precise, structured, and productive
- It is also meritorious if you have experience with estate administration
- In addition to being fluent in English, we are now looking for someone who also speaks Finnish.
You are structured, detail-oriented, and appreciate the importance of good data quality. Furthermore, you possess analytical skills, are engaged, and eager to continually develop and broaden your knowledge. You want to be part of building efficient and scalable processes and are positive about change.
