This is part of the role
The Technical Product Owner for Productivity & Collaboration Tools is a key role focused on maximizing employee productivity and collaboration through the effective management and optimization of our suite of tools, primarily Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
You will drive adoption, ensure training and support, and continuously evaluate and implement improvements to ensure we meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the collaboration space.

As a technical product owner, you:
- Work closely with departments to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to help them effectively use collaboration and productivity tools. Offer guidance and training to ensure users feel confident in adopting tools and features.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of core productivity and collaboration platforms, as well as potentially other relevant tools. This includes user management, license allocation, and integration with other systems.
- Stay up to date on the latest features, updates, and best practices for relevant tools. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend new tools or integrations as appropriate.
- Liaise with vendors for support, licensing, and product updates.
- Ensure that collaboration tools are configured and used in accordance with security policies and compliance requirements.
Most probably, you have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong understanding of collaboration best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and influence user behavior.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience or a strong interest in how AI capabilities can increase efficiency and innovation.
