Your role



Help us go towards cloud 2030. As a technical IAM specialist at Nordnet, you will play an important role in managing and enhancing the backbone of our access management platform, with a specialized focus on access management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable solutions within our access management framework and working towards being fully cloud ready 2030.


A techie with drive. Your closest colleagues will be the Access Management Process Owner and other system specialists, and together you will collaborate to further improve the IAM experience at Nordnet. You like to be technically hands-on doing analysis, development, implementation and maintenance. The main systems you’ll be working with are IdentityNow, Entra ID/Azure and Active Directory.

As Identity Access Management Specialist, you

• Oversee day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Nordnet's identity management systems, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and user experience standards. From support requests to e.g. access certifications, role based access configuration, application integrations, SSO and new improvements.
  
• Work closely with the Access Management Process Owner and other system specialists to align identity management strategies with broader access management goals i.e. towards cloud solutions.
  
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in identity management, proposing and implementing improvements to our platform. This of course includes a healthy budget for relevant events and/or education if needed.
  

Background



You are well versed in the following

• Identity and Access Management
• Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
• Microsoft Active Directory

Good to have

• Sailpoint IdentityNow Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ
• Google Workspace and/or Cloud Identity
• Experience from implementing and operating IAM solutions
• Experience from banking and finance

You are fluent in English in writing and speaking.
