About the Role
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting Nordnet’s continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers, primarily within our tech organization, and take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Your main responsibilities include:
Driving end-to-end recruitment across key tech areas such as Engineering & Platform, Product, and Design
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define clear requirement profiles
Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent, including passive candidates
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Managing the full recruitment process - from initial outreach to signed offer
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the journey
Advising stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends
Contributing to Nordnet’s diversity and inclusion efforts, both internally and externally

Your Background
We are looking for an innovative, curious, and hands-on recruiter with a strong business mindset.
You have previously documented experience from recruiting within or toward IT-heavy organizations, preferably in agile and high-growth environments.
You bring:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech roles
A solid understanding of modern sourcing strategies and talent market trends
The ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
Experience building talent pipelines and working proactively with passive candidates
A data-driven and digital-first approach
A strong professional network within tech
Fluency in spoken and written English
