The role in brief

We are looking for a Senior Windows Client & System Engineer to join our team of six. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, high-performing technical environment for all Nordnet employees.

In this role, you will take ownership of our client platform, ensuring it meets the stringent security and compliance standards of the financial industry. Your primary focus is the proactive lifecycle management of Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune to maintain a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Windows & Mobile Management: Lead the operation, maintenance, and technical evolution of our Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.

• Build and manage advanced configuration profiles and automated deployment policies within Microsoft Intune.

• Identity & Security: Configure Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra, ensuring a deep understanding of policy logic and its impact on security.

• Patch Management: Automate the deployment of software and Windows Updates to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

• Ensure all managed devices meet the regulatory and security requirements of the financial industry.

Your Profile

We are looking for a structured, solution-oriented professional with a methodical approach to technical challenges. You have a "can-do" attitude and a genuine interest in understanding system dependencies and security details.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Several years of experience in client management within a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Windows & Intune Specialist: In-depth technical expertise in the Windows platform and extensive experience with Microsoft Intune.

• Security Mindset: Strong understanding of Conditional Access, Microsoft Entra, and identity-driven security.

• Automation Pro: Advanced skills in PowerShell for system management and lifecycle automation.

• Mobile Fleet Management: Experience securing and managing mobile devices in a professional setting.

• Language: Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
