About the role
As our Head of Workplace Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace that fosters productivity, collaboration, well-being, and a strong sense of community for all employees. You will lead the workplace team of 4 employees to ensure daily operations run smoothly, while taking ownership of a comprehensive workplace strategy aligned with Nordnet’s core values, business objectives, and sustainability ambitions.
In this role, you will empower and guide the workplace staff to curate an inspiring daily environment for our employees, while also ensuring that external guests receive an exceptional welcome. By maintaining workspaces that energize our team and impress our visitors, you will leave a lasting positive impact. Responsibilities
Workplace Strategy: Develop and drive an end-to-end workplace strategy encompassing both physical office environments and employee services and amenities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT and Security to align physical space with digital tools and overall workplace safety.
Nordic Coordination: Coordinate with colleagues across all Nordic branches to establish and align best practices region-wide.
Physical Environment Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and maintenance of all office spaces to ensure an inspiring, flexible, secure, and comfortable environment catering to diverse working styles.
Employee Experience & Engagement: Drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and well-being, including community-building efforts and social activities.
Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality and cost-efficient delivery of operational services, including catering, cleaning, security, and reception operations.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Lead contract negotiations, evaluate performance, and manage strong relationships with external suppliers and service partners.
Your background
Leadership & Industry Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role focused on workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or a related field.
Environment: Experience working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization is highly valued.
Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate long-term business strategies into actionable workplace initiatives that support company goals.
Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both Swedish and English.

Clear & Decisive Leadership: A courageous leader who proactively addresses challenging team dynamics, sets clear expectations, and has the confidence to make and stand by tough decisions.
